Tributes have been pouring in for former Fulham footballer Fred Callaghan, 77, who died on Tuesday afternoon (September 13). Born in Parsons Green, Callaghan made more than 300 appearances for Fulham over a decade, during which he earned himself the nickname 'The Tank'.
