Daphne Zuniga was born on October 28, 1962 in San Francisco, California. After high school, she attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she studied theater arts. In 1982, she made her debut in the film The Dorm That Dripped Blood. She later had her first leading role in the movie The Initiation in 1984.
